I have something missing from my order, what do I do?

Email immediately (within 48 hours) with your order number and as much detail as possible and we will send any missing goods out to you as quick as possible.


How can I cancel or adjust my order?

Email immediately (within 1 hour of placing your order) advising you wish to cancel or adjust the order. If the order has not been manufactured, we will remove it from our system and cancel the order, providing a refund for any monies paid. We cannot accept any verbal instruction to cancel or adjust any order. If an order has been manufactured, we are unable to cancel or adjust the order and there will be no recourse for a refund for any monies paid.


I have noticed scratches on my picture frame glazing, what do I do?

The glazing we use in all our picture frames is of high quality and comes with a layer of film on both sides of the glazing. Sometimes the film can be white, clear or blue and it needs to be removed from both sides of the glazing before using your frame. Occasionally the glazing can be scratched. If you notice any damage to your glazing, please email immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) advising your order number and attaching some photos of the damage. We will send out a new piece of glazing as quickly as possible.
