Free Delivery Promotions
From time to time we run FREE delivery promotions to UK mainland addresses. Free delivery promotions may be edited or discontinued at any time.
Track Your Package
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email. This email will include your order number and a link to track your parcel (if sent by courier.) This information will be sent to the email address you provided to us when you placed your order.
You can track the progress of your parcels journey if we have sent it by Parcel-Force via their website. Upon receipt of your parcel, the courier will contact you via email or SMS to advise you of your expected delivery date. The courier will also provide you with several options to help you receive your parcel as conveniently as possible, such as choosing a new date or time.
If your order has been dispatched with Royal Mail, parcel status tracking is not available.
You can shop for yourself, friends and family - no matter where you live. However, shipping item(s) to international destinations may cost extra. You can discover how much your preferred destination costs to ship to by checking our delivery costs page.
Problems With Delivery
Missed Courier Delivery
Parcel-Force will leave a card at your address if there was nobody there to sign for the parcel. You can contact Parcel-Force directly using the details on the card to reschedule a delivery or arrange a collection.
Missed Postal Delivery
Royal Mail will leave a card at your address if there was nobody there to sign for the parcel. This card will contain the details needed for you to collect your parcel from your Local Post Office.
If your order has not been delivered within 2 business days of receiving your delivery notification, please contact us and our customer service team will look into this for you.
If you have received your parcel and you notice that it has been damaged, please contact us via email with your order number and as much detail as possible about the damage. We will advise our courier of the damage and deliver a replacement to you as quickly as possible.
Changing Your Details
If your order has not been dispatched and you have not received a notification email, you may still be able to update your delivery address by emailing [email protected]
If you have received your delivery notification email or your order has already been packaged or dispatched, then we are unable to change the delivery address until a delivery attempt has been made. You’ll need to contact Parcel-Force/Royal Mail directly to arrange delivery to a new address.
Delivery Packaging Materials
All cardboard boxes, cardboard boards and miscellaneous materials used for packaging and delivery of our picture frames and mounts are 100% recyclable.
Delivery usually happens on weekdays, though we can in some instances offer a Saturday delivery option. There is an additional charge for Saturday deliveries, so if you choose a Saturday delivery it will cost you more.
You will need to email with your order number and a request for Saturday delivery and a member of our customer services team will get back to you as soon as possible with an updated delivery cost.
