Terms and Conditions

We accept all major credit and debit cards securely online, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Solo, Switch, JCB and Maestro.
By placing your order onine with us, you are giving us permission to charge your credit or debit card for the amound displayed in the basket. In the event your payment is not authorised we may attempt to take the payment again after a short wait, we will also send you an email with a link to update your card details should you wish to try an alternate card.
An invoice will be provided via email after placing your order. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Delivery Policy
We will dispatch all our made to measure products after the time of manufacture. Current manufacturing times can be seen on our delivery information page under the help and support menu tab. If you have an urgent requirement, you may select priority service when in the basket, this will push your order to the front of the manufacturing queue, and we can normally dispatch same or next day depending on the time of day you place the order. If for any reason we are unable to honor our timescales, we will keep you informed by email.
Delivery charges for your order will be calculated automatically in the basket. We will dispatch your order via Royal Mail or Parcelforce who both require a signiature on delivery.
In the event that our couriers attempt a delivery, however you are not available to receive the delivery, or the delivery is refused, your order will be taken back to the carriers depot. You must arrange with the carriers directly to re-arrange the delivery within 5 working days. Failure to do so will result in the order being sent back to ourselves and a returns charge of £12.00 will be applied to your order. There will also be a further charge of £8.95 to for us to send out the order again. Whilst we do our best to inform you of delivery dates and times, it is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to sign for your order upon delivery.
It is your responsibility for any payments due for local customs and import duties. ( Not applicable to UK residents as we dispatch from the within the UK ).
In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive in the allotted timescale, please advise us via email as soon as possible so we can investigate with our couriers. Any dates quoted for delivery are approximate and we will not be liable for any delay. It is your responsibility to order from us with adequate time to prevent any disappointment resulting from a late delivery.
In the basket you are asked which delivery option you would like. You must choose the correct option for your area.

If we have arranged for a parcel to be collected and couriered to us, you understand we are not liable for the loss or damage to the goods whilst in transit. Whilst our couriers will take great care handling your goods and the loss rate is extremely low, mishaps can happen and we will not be liable. If your items are of value, please let us know and we will quote for insurance of these items whilst in transit.

We take great pride in the quality of our products and do all we can to ensure your order is perfect. Unfortunately mishaps can happen and we will do our very best to resolve the situation.
Our refunds and cancellation policy is set in accordance with Distance Selling Regulations 2000 and other key regulations.

Where bespoke goods have been supplied correctly, we are not able to offer any exchanges or refunds.

Where an order for a bespoke product has entered production and work has commenced, we will be unable to cancel the order.

Custom Made Picture Frames

Almost all the products on our website fall into the category of custom made products. Including some of the items that are listed as 'standard size' as we make them all to order. Where a custom made product has been supplied correctly, we are not able to offer any exchanges or refunds. It is your responsibility to read our how to measure pages before ordering to ensure the measurements you are entering into our website are correct. If you are unsure, please call us before ordering to double check that the sizes you are entering are correct and you are clear on our measuring guides.

When you place your order, you will have 1 hour from the time you placed the order to make changes or cancel the order. Our automated machinery will commence work on your order exactly 1 hour after placing your order, once we have started work on your order you will not be able to cancel or amend your order.
Whilst the photos of our frames are highly accurate, some frames may apear different on your computer monitor, or the angle of the photo may not show the full frame. We highly recommend ordering a sample of the frame before purchasing a full frame to ensure the frame is perfect for your requirements.

Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that your order has been damaged in transit, you must notify us via email within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will require a photo of the damaged item and packaging to be emailed to us. A claim form will be sent to your address by the courier for you to confirm the loss or damege. This must be returned to the courier within 7 days in order for us to process your claim. When the courier receives the claim form we will send out a replacement as soon as possible for you.


It is very important you choose the correct delivery option when placing your order. As per our terms and conditions, if you choose the incorrect delivery option your card will still be charged the correct amount as displayed above.

We have attempted to be as accurate as possible with the information stated on our web site however there is always a risk of human error. In the event we have made a mistake on our web site we will rectify these errors as quickly as possible.

It's important to understand that the colours and material finishes shown on our web site may appear different depending on your computers monitor calibration. For this reason, if the exact colour is important to you, we recommend ordering a sample from us before going to the expense of purchasing your full frame. We can not accept responsibility after goods have been delivered.

Some devices may display colours differently. Please contact us if you have any questions relating to exact moulding colours.

Some devices display colour different to others, so if the exact colour is key to your order please phone us to order a sample before ordering your frame as it may not be the exact same colour as displayed on your device. Please also take into consideration the colours of the side of the mouldings which may vary from the colour of the face. Again, please contact us if you have any questions about moulding colours.

In the event of an order being placed for a large frame using a thin moulding, we may upgrade your moulding free of charge or for an additional charge to a thicker version of the same frame. This will ensure that your frame is more suited to your artwork dimensions and strong enough to be hung on the wall without flexing.
