The materials used in your finished real wood picture frame include strong MDF backing board and crystal-clear acrylic. Our glazing doesn’t scratch easy and has a high UV resistance so that you can enjoy your framed artwork and photos with great clarity. Our picture mounts are cut from the finest quality mount board using specialised computerised mount cutters which create a precise and clean finish with a bevelled edge.

With the use of advanced saws and high-performance cutting blades to cut the moulding to size and compression pinners that ensure precise corner alignment before firing pins deep into the moulding to create a sturdy frame, our frames are made to withstand the ordeal of shipping and a lifetime on the wall.
Attention to detail is key! From the moment the moulding is selected and unwrapped for cutting, up until packaging for delivery, each picture frame is subject to numerous quality checks throughout the manufacturing process.
